Our Culture
Noles on Wall Street
Noles on Wall Street is a highly selective year-long investment banking workshop and alternative investments accelerator for sophomore students, preparing them to recruit successfully and excel once they hit the desk. The program is run by seniors and alumni with industry experience. Students are selected in the fall semester of their sophomore year. These students have the academic time and availability to be hired for a summer internship, which can be converted into a full-time offer after completing a final year/semester of school.

Annual networking trip to New York City
In May, the highest-performing students in the program take a trip to New York City sponsored by the College of Business. During the trip, the students meet with professionals, attend workshops, and go to networking events with alumni in the industry.

The trip allows students to get valuable 1-on-1 contact with professionals while also learning in an environment that prepares them for life in a high-paced city. Students take this time to get acclimated to the culture before they are exposed to it during their recruiting process in the fall.
